For quick feedback, feature suggestions, or to show off what you made, the X account is the fastest way. Tag the account and it gets seen.
A specific style didn't render, export failed, upload didn't accept a file, /app froze on your phone. Include browser and OS versions, plus what you were trying to do. Usually fixed within 48 hours if reproducible.
New style, new export format, keyboard shortcut, batch mode. All feature suggestions get read, most get added to a shortlist. The changelog is the best signal of what's been done recently.
Reciprocal links, guest posts, integrations, referral programs, agency work, licensed API access, sponsored content. Include the specific ask and the org. No AI-generated cold pitches, please.
Product review, blog feature, newsletter mention, YouTube demo, podcast interview. Screenshots, logo, product photos, founder quote, roadmap details, usage stats, whatever helps. Reply within one business day.
ASCII Magic doesn't collect your images or account data (see the privacy policy). If you have a specific data question or want any account-level info removed, email and it's handled within 30 days.
If a piece in the community gallery uses your work without permission, email with the URL and evidence, we'll take it down within 24 hours pending review.

If it's urgent and you haven't heard back in three business days, email again with "URGENT" in the subject line, sometimes messages get filtered.
